At this point, drinking wine has not been a common occurrence in my life. While I have drank wine every once in awhile at parties and other events, I do not consider myself to know much about wine at all. The majority of wine I have tried so far have been very cheap wines that I knew nothing about. However, I do know that I prefer sweeter wines. The more the wine tastes like grape juice the better. Through this course, I am excited to learn more about many aspects of wine as well as determining what types of wine I prefer and to just overall become more comfortable when discussing, buying, and drinking wine. I also hope to find many more different types of wine that I enjoy!
